This Privacy Policy is aimed at providing you with all the information you need to understand the scope and object of the data processing, so that the acceptance, absolutely necessary to be able to offer you the tourist service contracted, agrees on a perfectly informed consent, subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (hereinafter, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, of Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD in Spanish “Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y de Garantía de Derechos Digitales”).

Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

cntravel wants to provide in a transparent way the information about the data processing it carries out, the purposes for which it processes the aforementioned data and its basis of legitimacy, as well as the rights of which the data subjects are owners with regard to the processing of their personal data.
It will not be the responsibility of cntravel and therefore corresponds to the user, the obligation to provide the data truthfully and keep them updated; therefore cntravel reserves the right to exclude from the services and proceed to cancel the service, to any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to other actions that may be required by law.

How has your data been obtained?

They have been obtained through the emails established on the web and in the case of job candidates through the form provided for this purpose.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At cntravel we treat the information provided by the agencies for the following purposes:

  • To make your reservations correctly and solve your doubts.
  • To contact those candidates interested in working with us and to evaluate their knowledge regarding the vacancy.
  • To send commercial communications, provided you do not oppose.
  • To manage possible complaints and claims.
  • To ensure that the content of the website is adapted to your needs and those of your team.
  • To continuously improve the user experience on the web and for the improvement of the services, as long as the consent of the interested party is obtained in relation to cookies.

How long do we keep your data?

  • The data obtained for making reservations or resolving queries by our customers will be kept until the end of the contractual relationship, period after which they will be blocked for the time necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, time after which they will be permanently deleted.
  • As for the data obtained through the form for candidates for vacant positions, they will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the selection process, after which time they are destroyed.
  • In relation to the data obtained through cookies; provided that users consent to the installation of all or some of the cookies, the data collected will be kept for a period of 2 years, after which they will be duly blocked. After the mentioned period, the data will be deleted.

The blocked data will be made available only to the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of any responsibilities that may be given.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal bases that allow the treatments are the following:

  • The consent of the interested party, based on article 6.1.a) of the GDPR, both for obtaining the data of customers who wish to make reservations, as well as for the candidates who fill out the form provided on the web.
  • The legitimate interest of cntravel, based on Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR, to send commercial and informative communications, without prejudice to the right to object to receiving such communications at any time.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, based on Article 6.1.c) of the GDPR, for possible claims, whether extrajudicial or judicial.

Who is your data communicated to?

Your data is not communicated or transferred to third parties.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  1. Right of access: Anyone has the right to obtain information about whether or not cntravel is processing your personal data.
  2. Right of rectification: Interested persons have the right to request cntravel to rectify inaccurate data without undue delay or for incomplete data to be completed.
  3. Right of opposition: In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. cntravel will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
    Regarding the treatments based on obtaining your consent, specifically for the preparation of profiles and for the sending of commercial communications, you may revoke the aforementioned consent at any time, by contacting the following email address comunicacion@cntravel.es
  4. Right to limitation of treatment: Interested parties may request the limitation of the treatment of their data when what they wish is 1) to prevent access to them and / or their subsequent modification or; 2) demonstrate that they have been treated unlawfully.
  5. Right to erasure: The interested party may request the deletion of their data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed.
  6. Right to portability: If applicable, you may request the portability of your data indicating the company to which you want the portability to be performed.

In any case, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, by sending a postal letter to the address of the Agency: Calle Jorge Juan, no. 6, 28001, or by filing a claim on the web: www.agpd.es.

cntravel informs you that, as provided in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data, the personal data included in this job application or curriculum vitae will be automatically included in the corresponding files, under the responsibility of the company with the sole purpose of being part of the selection processes, job offers and contracts that are carried out. The candidate may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data.
